What to expect from this blog site
This website was started by me to share technical on job experiences. That being said, it is not limited to only experiences but what it includes is also real time issues, how to resolve them and exploring any new feature introduced, new versions, new products and so on. We have a lab setup where we do all trials and capture the steps involved and write-up a technical document and upload it here so that it helps any fellow technical person. In any case, please make sure to contact the Oracle support before you attempt to try any resolution explained here since the best option to fix any issue is to get the oracle support involved. No two environments are same, hence whatever really fixed the issue in a particular server/DB may not work on other configurations.
